At Carbonize, we are committed to offering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our policy includes a Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects and a 3-Day Return Policy for customers who may not be entirely satisfied with their purchase.
Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. If a product is found to have manufacturing defects or fails to function properly, we will replace it free of charge.
Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturing Defects: Products with material or workmanship defects are eligible for replacement. Once a replacement is issued, the warranty for the original product becomes invalid.
- Mechanical or Functional Issues: If a product malfunctions due to manufacturing issues, we will take responsibility for replacing it.
Exclusions to the Warranty
- Improper Use or Damage: Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or abuse is not covered.
- Wear and Tear on Fabrics: For products like our Carbonize Hat, normal wear and tear to the fabric over time, such as fading or fraying due to regular use, is not covered.
- Scratches or Scuffs: Surface damage caused by everyday use, such as scratches, is excluded.
- Loss or Theft: Lost or stolen items are not eligible for replacement.
- Device Damage: Any damage caused to a customer’s device while using Carbonize products is not covered.

3-Day Return Policy

- Product Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

- Delivery Fees: Customers are responsible for paying return delivery fees.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, a full refund may not be possible. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and deductions may apply to cover potential losses.
